# M-Squad

> M-Squad delivers mobile product work alongside product and engineering teams. On embedded build engagements, the team also receives specifications, review rules, tests, release gates, and a defined handover it can keep using. M-Squad GmbH is an AI-first mobile studio in Munich, Germany, founded in 2001 by Daniel Melter. We help product and engineering teams shape, prototype, and deliver mobile apps, AI agents, Agent Gateways, and digital product systems, working across Germany, DACH, and Central Europe. We work best alongside internal teams, from early product concept and architecture to implementation support and launch readiness. We build AI-first, using AI as a force multiplier for senior engineers (not "vibe coding"), and start with Flutter for brand-consistent, cross-platform mobile apps, with React Native or native when the product gives a stronger reason. M-Squad also co-founded and co-organizes GenAI Wednesday, a Munich event series on generative AI.
